Here's the question I keep asking though...
When is an STB not an STB and a PC or when is a PC an STB? ;)
Is TiVo, for example, a Linux based PC for TV or is it an STB that just
happens to run Linux at its core?
The lines are getting blurred on this more and more as every new device
appears IMO.

Exactly, but again with reference to the above, why can't it with that
kind of power?
