Yeah it would be nice, but for the moment I don't see a "one size fits
all" solution even close.

Probably it isn't far off and I agree that these corporations investing
huge wads of cash into the idea is great, I just wish they wouldn't use
us as Beta testers all the time which wouldn't be so bad if we got the
kit for free! ;)

Ah, share in that way, no AFAIK neither can or do.

Somehow I'm guessing its not gonna be that easy due to DRM etc., I read
something a few weeks back about a recording on MSMC not being able to
played back on another device, or a DVD burned from it not being able to
be played back on any other box.
