I=92ve no experience of this specifically, but years ago a =A33 can of
electrical contact cleaner saved me more than =A31000 for the replacement of a car ECU (then went and spent my saved =A31000 on snowboard, boots,
binding, jacket and a weekend in the Alps =96 ah the days before HA!)



The ECU somehow got drowned when I drove through a very large puddle - I very liberally sprayed the internals, put it back together again, gave
it back to the garage who=92d tried the same trick (but failed) and the
ECU worked again fine.
