My experience of Easynet was absolutely diabolical... Not only did
they have awful customer service, they couldn't manage their way out
of a paper bag - getting service *disconnected* took over 4 months.
Since switching from Easynet to Andrews & Arnold, I see consistently
higher throughput, vastly improved uptime (during the first 3 months
with Easynet, I only had 63% uptime comparied to 98% with AA) and
responsive customer service - for a fraction of what you pay Easynet.
I'm slightly baffled that the contrast is so marked, but I'm not
complaining :-)
YMMV
