They did briefly, got found out and stopped the practice.

Zen blocks Netbios ports automagically for you as a security precaution,
damn fine idea.

I had a *LOAD* of problems with BTO.. from LONG delays trying to get
through to the technical teams and then lack of skill on the other end
of
the phone when problems were explained clearly.. also had packet
loss/line
dying frequently and no help..

I *can* recommend eclipse though.. they should also be a bit cheaper
too!
(and you'll get the static IP)

ooh btw - bt dont block any ports afaik - or at least they didn't when i
had it from them a year or so ago.
