But with so many lay-bys to choose from these days the customer is spoiled<= BR> for choice....

Funny how the cost of scrap metal plummeted, scrap yards actually charging<= BR> customers for scrapping old vehicles rather than paying them 20 or 30 quid<= BR> and the proliferance of dumped cars across the country.

Now I'm sure it costs MORE for these to be (eventually) removed than it
would if the local council just offered a free disposal service.  I me= an, by
the time the fire service have extinguished it when it's been torched, the<= BR> paying of a contractor to come out and tow it, the onward disposal and the<= BR> time and effort in actually trying to contact the previous registered
owner....
