It might be that the RF frequency your SKY box is using is conflicting
with
another channel. Are you using the same RF frequency your ITV Digital
box
used to use. Keiths taboo channel searcher may be of use also:

I am assuming that the Sky box is connected to your main TV via Scart
which
is why the picture is fine there. If not I'm not sure why your main
TV is
the only one that has good picture, unless this is the one with the
shortest
cable runs.
To change the RF output of a Pace sky digibox you need to get into the
installer menu (From Memory):-
* Go to Services
* Select System Setup (Option 4) I think
* Key in 0, 1, Select
You should now be at the installer menu, BE CAREFULL!!!
After you change the RF frequency of the Sky Digi box, you need to
retune
the sky channel on the TVs. You need to use a spare channel.
