PS, Some other points:

For the 5.1 audio output I just use an Audigy2 with a digital output
straight into my DD amp. Sounds fine to me!

I use TheaterTek DVD software player. This has been optimized for Home
Cinema PCs and has some cool features like a nice clean user interface,
automatic aspect switching and onscreen video controls for Radeon PC
cards.

Cheers
Don

Hi

I am not thinking about bulb costs yet!!

I have heard that some suppliers will do a dead pixel check before
shipping so I am looking around.

I have got a timber framed house so I am going to try a seat the screen
in the ceiling/floor cavity so that should look less obvious.

Cheers for everything.

Ben
