CPC 19" Rack advice needed

I was meandering around CPC in search of something else when I came
across their racks and it set me thinking... I've even had the tape-
measure out.

CPC have a reasonably priced 42U rack in stock, EN8117166, for 150
quid. What's not clear from the description is what else you need by
way of hardware. Has anyone bought this rack? Does it need additional
19" rack mounting strip? Do I need to buy captive nuts and screws to
fix the kit to the rack? (I'm sure someone said they were available

Any thoughts on what is required by way of cable management? The site
mentions cable rings, cable trays and what sounds like a horizontal
cable bracket... and I'm a bit fazed.

If I get one, it'll have a mix of rackmount stuff and non-rackmount
kit on shelves - both AV and computing. For the non-rackmount stuff,
the sliding 1U shelves seem like a good option, being only marginally
more expensive than fixed ones.

All advice from those who have been down this road before is welcome.
Thanks!
Patrick
