Wall warts

            I hate the things - it should be mandatory that people
supplying these with a device mark them to show what device they are
matched with. Even a stick on label - Dymo style - which is what I'm now
doing would be a great help. When the device itself doesn't give a
voltage/current spec either marked on itself or in the documentation
it's a nightmare.



            They never fit comfortably next to each other in power
strips - in fact I am toying with providing my own high current supply
for the most common voltages (5V 9V 12V) as a power distribution source
and getting the appropriate leads.



            And they are so ugly plugged in everywhere - why are they
always black when they plug against light walls and white sockets
typically!
