I can't decide if it's reassuring or worrying to find that I'm not the
only one in this particular boat.

>From my experience it appears that their "customer disservice"
team
(who might actually just be the cleaners on their fag break as far as I
can see) have absolutely no power to influence the shipping process.
Don't expect it to turn up any time soon :(
