I ment with built-in speaker, so you can easily give it to guests, take
it
to the garden, or even give it to your neighbour flat above or below
(depending on your WAP coverage) .
Regarding amp, if it's too complicated to develop them, or no point
reinventing the weel, you can at least test some already on the market,
and
recommend them ("certify").
That way people can buy them in confidence that they would work fine
with
extreamer. E.g. if you can find some at Maplins, you can put their
stock
code so people can order the extreamer and amp at the same time and
thus
complete the solution.
I don't wan't to buy extreamer, until I know exactly about all the
other
components I need and how much they cost.
Slimp3 is an example, they integrated display so customers have no
worries
how they would interface their receiver.
However, I would prefer for you to keep modular approach, so customers
can
choose between different displays and different amplifiers. But you need
to
give them at least one option :-).
Cheers,
Nik

oops - this group is kicking, was only in the mountains for 4
days
and it's hard to keep up ..
Nick,
thanks for the suggestion (AMP). for the "portable", do
you think of
something with a headphone/line output or rather built-in speaker
?
