Errr....Mark.  Settle down mate! 

Comparing FEATURES of these things is fine.  However - the PRICE of th= e Sigma was quoted at =A320 vs the =A350+vat of the Apex DVD player.

This PRICE comparison is unfair as the former requires a PC to opperate.&nb= sp;

  It was a valid choice for the people asking the question. It was a v= alid choice for ME when I got my first DVD player (a Panny DVD-ROM and a Si= gma Card).
