We're happy to compare a Homeseer / AutoM8it that requires a PC to work wit= h a HomeVision...

We're happy to compare a TiVo that'll work on any old source with Sky+ that= 'll require a Sky subscription...

We're happy to compare IPCop, that requires a PC to work with a Solwise ADS= L router...

To turn to the DVD player / PC-based DVD solution.

It was a valid choice for the people asking the question. It was a valid ch= oice for ME when I got my first DVD player (a Panny DVD-ROM and a Sigma Car= d).

Absolutely.

However - not particularly fair to compare a =A350+vat DVD player with a = =A320 card that needs a PC to operate.
