OT: Dropped Ipaq 3630

A bit OT but there are lots of ipaq owners out there.

A work collegue managed to drop his ipaq3630 the other day, It broke the
record button and the pen holder button but the screen and everything else
externally is intact.  However when try and give it a hard reboot it just
stops on the red and white Compaq Ipaq pocket PC system screen.  We have
had the back off and nothing looks obviously damaged.

Question: Is it completely knackered or can it be fixed, if it can how?
