I know -  trials seemed to be going okay, then they decided it was too
difficult/not enough demand or something, amidst rumours that the real concerns
were about consumers fannying about with their electricity and plugging modems
into 240v or something equally lame like that.
Didn't their foreign partners go off and implement it successfully on the
continent or something?
(Damn this failing memory!)

Intersting that it's seeing a revival now..... Wonder if it'll kill X10 signals?
