Connect it up!

What do you want to do with it? If you follow the instructions on http://www.darrenwood.com/tivo.htm you will end up with tivoweb which gives you lots of functionality.  If you're using it on broadband though be aware of hackers, I have mine on an internal IP and have disabled incoming connections on my firewall to keep it safe.
