Ok, that makes more sense (missed the first 5 mins) but that is still
63k
for internal fixings on a 2 bed house and there was nothing special
there.

The rough breakdown was originally 180k for the plot and 107K for the
build.. (The windows alone were 15k) The build cost was fixed for the
shell
only, they then had to add on the extras... Kitchen, bathroom, new
furniture, wood burner, underfloor heating etc...
