[OT] Maplin Last Chance Offers :-(

By now most of you will know how I feel about Craplin :-(

I went into the Norwich store on Saturday to buy a USB connector plate

Couldnt find it in the shop so looked in the catalogue..... almost =A310

Looked around at the "Staff" and realised that non of them were

born when I placed my first order with Maplin back in 1978

Today I received there latest special offers email....

"Infrared Controlled Asian Elephant"
"Infrared Controlled Pterodactyl"

The way the prices are slashed it is obvious that they were either way

expensive in the first place or nobody actually wants to buy them at
all......or both.

What happened to the company that used to stock a superb range of

that people wanted to buy, at good prices, and IN STOCK.

Someone has obviously lost the plot... and I hope it isnt me :-(
