I don't know anything about eBay in particular, but you're assuming your PC has been hacked when
this may not be so. You could try asking the people at eBay if they can help. This may be more than
just your account.

If your PC has been hacked, are you sure it has been attacked from the internet and not through
physical access to your PC by somebody else? Have you accessed your eBay account from more than one
PC - maybe the problem arose elsewhere?

Do you have any virus scanning software? It may be that you have a trojan horse and a virus scan may
find it. Of course, if you *do* have a trojan, then the last thing you should do is change your
passwords from an infected PC: only by accessing your accounts would somebody else find out what
your passwords are.
