OT? Wireless Web Cam and Authentication

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the following,
please?

If a wireless access point is setup with Authentication set to both
Shared
Key and 'open system' is the security breached? i.e. can anyone access
the
network without the wep keys? I can only get my wireless webcam to
function
if 'open system' is enabled. (wep keys etc are all configured
correctly).
