I checked the Terms too, and unless I've read it wrong they are claiming
all
scheduling errors are the fault of the broadcasters, but in these cases
I
don't believe that (but I may be wrong).

I'm not going to worry about it unless it persists or gets worse.

I have also noticed this recently and last night was peeved off when I
change the channel to find something else on it. I am off to the Tivo
website to complain and ask why. I wonder if Sky has something to do
with
it, seeing as it is them who support the subscriptions etc.
