Thanks, Frank, I've received it now.

To add it to the Files area, you will need approval from a moderator. 
Given permission, go to http://groups.yahoo.com. Login if
Cookies 
haven't done it automatically for you. Choose ukha_d from the list of 
groups you belong to. Click Files to view the list of files already 
stored on Yahoo. Click "Add File". You may need to give them your
password again. Add the file and description to the resulting form, and
click "Upload File".

Moderators might like to give their opinion on whether this is suitable
for upload. Apparently there is around 7Mb free, of which this will take
up around 2Mb, which is quite a large bite of the remaining space. On 
the other hand, there are some files in there dating back to 1999, so it
could be time for a spring-clean.
