No-one is actually SELLING the Rapid Chargers, because they aren't 
being made yet. Some of the US distributors are TAKING ORDERS for 
them.

Simple, find one who's importing them illegally and not paying import 
duty :-)

The problem is that iRobot aren't selling to ANYONE apart from the 
three US distributors, hence ALL the European distributors are having 
to buy from a US retailer... then import... then pay duty and VAT.

None of them are geared up to refunding US sales taxes either :-(
