[OTish] HELP! W2K registry corrupted

After spending several days re-building and re-installing my W2K HA 
server, I had some disk corruption today. After a re-boot and check 
disk I get a stop message saying the Software registry is knackered 
and can't load a backup.

I've tried safe mode (sits loading then reboots) and last known 
configuration (same stop error).

I was going to do a backup when I'd finished tweaking but hadn't 
done yet :( Am I completely screwed or are there any other ways of 
trying to recover it?
