RE: Group e-mail

Over the last week or so, I've started being bounced about once every day or
two.

If you check under "My Groups", "Email Preferences", "Bounce History" it
gives the details of the last bounced message.  For me, behind a corporate
firewall, it says "Remote host said...blacklisted..." so I just presume our
IT department are trying to filter out spam, unfortunately hitting some of
the Yahoo traffic as well.

Have you checked what yours says under Last Bounced Message?

I've never had mail delivery failure notifications when posting....

I keep getting thrown of the list by Yahoo with their soft and hard e-mail
bounce failures. I have to go back on and reconfirm my details - probably
about once a week. It's a good job there are regular e-mails for this group
otherwise I might not notice they've stopped coming for a few days!  :-)

How does Yahoo's system work as I don't have this problem with other mailing
lists that I subscribe too (and some are as prolific as ukha_d!). Is this a
Yahoo problem or my ISP's (Zen) problem?

Malcolm

PS Also, and I assume everyone else gets this too, but every time I post to
the list I get two mail delivery failure notifications for
craigc_lists@xxxxxxx and adrew@xxxxxxx. Why aren't they
bounced like me!  :-)
