Such devices exist, try searching for "DECT modem" or "DECT wire
replacement".

Note that most DECT data devices present a serial interface, rather than
  a telephone interface, since the data is carried in a similar way to
GPRS (it is, in fact, DPRS).

There are devices such as the "Analogue Jack" that comes with the BT
Airway DECT system which are designed to allow the connection of regular
phones and faxes to a DECT system. It *is* possible to use these with a
regular modem, however due to the extremely narrow bandwidth of a DECT
voice channel, the maximum data rate is of the order of 9600 baud.

Having said that, it's been a while since I was in the DECT data game,
and there may well be some more recent developments of which I'm not aware.
