I have a XM11U which I don't use because it doesn't have enough amps
for my intended application. IIRC it's 300mA but I'll check later if
you want.
I think these PSU's are supposed to be for the X10 cameras. The way
they work makes it easier to use a bunch of cameras on the same
housecode.
