Too true, but I was referring mainly to outgoing parcels.

The screen finally arrived about 90 minutes after I was told they would
be
"there in 20 minutes".

I feel much better now because the screens are sooo good :-)

Ah, but therein lies the problem. When you place an order with a
supplier you very rarely have the option of specifying which courier
company you want to handle the delivery - if they tell you at all.
It's basically "like it, or lump it".
