Re: Kenwood TFT WS or not WS?
Its not bad, the screen is typical of many TFTs in that you need to
get the viewing angle right, otherwise the picture tends to be not
great. For the price, and use in the bathroom, its not bad at all!
There is a brightness control on the back, and quite a good menu
(choose from NTSC or PAL) and colour, Tint and Picture adjustment
options, I'm sure with a bit of experimentation you can set it up
better than the defaults it is set with.
and the built in speaker is ok. - you can always use the headphone
socket to drive some powered speakers (although the sound input to
this is only in mono, so it might be better to drive these directly

Just my 0.02p worth, I saw it in the shop, whilst looking for a DVD
player, and Sthen SWMBO got excited when I mentioned I could build it
into the new bathroom... (now I guess I have to order the bathroom
suite to go with it :-)
