Well I'm just bidding controls for a 150+ luxury appartments in
London, starting price =A32m a go! That buys a standard 70m2 2-bedroom
appt with single parking spot and includes the mainstream HA package
(Lutron, Crestron, home cinema & distributed audio, fully zoned UFH including integrated web server etc...), so =A35m for the terrace
doesn't seem too extravagent in comparison!!! Mind you, I'd love to
know what you have to do to get the income to buy these places - up
in Scotland I read recently that there were less than 50 =A31m+
properties sold in 2002! There is a developer of luxury homes doing
something similar - a detached 5-bed/triple garage 450m2 house with
country views within 30 mins of Edinburgh for =A31.1m so I know where
I would rather spend my (non-existent) millions :-)

Neil.
