[OT] s-Video graphics card

Guys

I asked this question a while ago, but just wanted to make sure nothing's
changed over the past 6 months - we've got a 22" LCD (Panasonic) screen in
the office that doesn't have a VGA input (why??), so s-video is the next
best alternative.  The card in the PC at the moment is an el-cheapo TV out
card (can't remember the make, but it's about 2 yrs old), so I'm looking for
a graphics card that'll output good quality s-video (Windows XP).  Any
recommendations?  The cable run is around 4mtrs, so I assume I'll have to
buy a decent cable as well.

Thanks

Pete
