I guess the decision to overspend on luxury items is that much easier if
you're getting them for free. Wouldn't we al like to be in that position?
Not been able to lay my hands on the article I mentioned so can't be sure
about the cost of the cable. However, the much greater cost of installing
it
was definitely provided gratis.

they had the structured wiring and stuff in the budget thought didnt they?
and they
made a concious decision to overspend on 'luxuary' items like the 'built
in speakers' and plasma screens... although these didnt seem to be in the
budget
