RE: Remote Extenders

I have one of these, after reading Jason's review...
http://www.automatedhome.co.uk/article.php3?story_id=3D1143&slashSess=3D308=
79bda
58babc85ff77659a4344e406

It looks great and has been utterly reliable for my DVD, VHS, digibox, HIFi
and TiVo's remotes (hmm, need a universal remote soon)

I am not sure though if you can use a receiver unit in each room and only 1
transmitter unit at the A/V eqpt end.
I'm sure Lets Automate would help.

Ta,

scott

If all you av kit is in one cupboard how about a mamatek+powermid
combination. It uses RF so no need for IR pickups+cat 5 etc.

Search for PMIDP at http://www.keene.co.uk/

Just =A339.99 inc

Works for me. What I really really want is the same functionality ( ie
RF )
via a pronto style interface for <=A3300.00

Jeff
