I have taken the approach of splitting the feed from the master
socket in Krone blocks to provide 2 x 5 cat5 cables that plug into
ports in the patch panel at node zero. I then use adapters for the
phones.

If I ever get round to it I plan to snip the BT plug off the phones
and put an RJ45 on instead so that I can do away with the adapters.
