This specific problem with hylton-nomis.co.uk is most likely due to the
number of hops between the sening smtp server and the receiving. I had
exact same problem a few months back, some members were getting this
error when posting to 'tinkerhome.com'

My configuration uses mercury mail server to pop3 collect the messages,
and send into exchange. This was causing the number of hops to go over
the default of 15 from some members email systems.

I changed the default number of hops on my exchange server from '15' to
'25', and that fixed the problem.

Maybe 'hylton-nomis.co.uk' can check their settings?
