Yes, we have these at work and they cost around =A3600 per access point.

Cisco Access Points can be powered over the CAT5 cable - that's how it's
done in
Tesco.

They use Cisco switches and the last 4 ports are set to be powered and if
they
'see' an AP on these ports, it pumps 48V DC down the wire to power it.
