Hello,

I know the detector at Screwfix has been mentioned here before. How is
it different from a PIR? Is it that a PIR detects movement but this
detects a presence, even stationary? Why aren't they more common? Does
it output 240v or a lower voltage when someone is detected? IS the
output momentary or as long as the person is there? What is the range
like?
