N0 in my house is in 3 locations :)
The current one under consideration is my "office", an upstairs
ex-bedroom.
Not a lot of air flow in there, 2 external walls, one set of windows
usually closed (to keep the burglars out).

The only bathroom extractor fans I am familiar with are v.noisy :(
Needs to be as quiet as poss......

Mmmmm....slightly outside the realms of reasonable cost/gain :(

The outside bit is not the problem so much as (in addition to cost of
course), I don't want anything that will actually take up any space
inside the room - which is small enough as it is.....
