You will see routers that say cable/adsl but do not have a modem built in
- so no good for you. Choose a router that explicity mentions it has an
adsl modem in it, also check reviews at adslguide.org.uk

Something like this (which I have)

[ukha_d] Router question
.
Category:

I'm looking to buy a router so I can use the internet on my Fuji without
using vnc. My question is do all routers come with an adsl modem built in.
If not, seeing as I already have an adsl modem do I just buy a stand alone
router or is it better to buy a router with a built in modem anyway and
lose
my stand alone modem.
Thanks,
Dave
