Knowing Viking, 3 parts ... base, pole and seat [wheels pop in
separately normally].

And for those of you complaining about an item being out of stock, it's
a bargain! of course it's going to be. Their systems may not be perfect,
but I've been using them for more than 10 years now and their service is
the best I've ever experience, bar none! When you note their 30 no
quibble replace or refund guarantee, they mean it, I've had to use it a
number of times and am constantly grateful it's there as it's save me a
LOT of money on equipment that may work fine but just isn't suitable for
me.

So please cut the [very small amount of] bitching about them, if you
have a problem pick up the phone and dial their free number and they
WILL sort it.
