Take it from someone who's been through this before, book the bloody
venue then let the attendees sort their lives out. Concensus is
impossible and seeking it will drive you to suicide!

Ok gents (and Jenni?)

The venue have just got back to me and guess what? Nov the 1st is NOT
available.

The 29th of November is now my preferance and confirmed as available.
I've had us penciled in for then but not comitted yet. So finally, THIS
is the time to raise objections otherwise I plan to tour the facility
within two or three days and confirm the booking if there are no obvious

problems.

I don't need to know about the buffet just yet, just make sure you can
confirm attendance ASAP please.
