Hi all, sorry this has taken so long, I got fed up with Mudgock not
responding to my queries so I went round and glared a bit until they
gave me the info I needed.

The venue is currently available for October the 18th and this is the
date I'm suggesting for the meet. A poll is in place for you to vote on
it. If you vote no but want to attend, please add a comment with the
dates you can or can't make to the poll or email me direct.

The cost of the venue is £80 for the day and I've been assured this
includes the kit in the AV room. 54 seat auditorium with AV projector,
white boards, network points etc and I plan to go back when it's not in
use over the next few days to check it out properly.

If enough people want to go with the supplied buffet option they have,
I'm recommending the exec buffet at £6.50 per head with a minimum of 15
people required to take it. Again, a poll is in place to vote on it.

If you are going to attend, please email me directly so I can get an
idea of numbers and work out the ticket cost for the event. I will need
to collect the ticket cost from you all very soon to cover the booking,
so please only contact me if you will be there and can pay within the
next couple of weeks.

If everyone can vote or contact me ASAP, I can book the venue before
someone else grabs the slot and we need to start all over again!

Thanks all.
