I think you are right.

My dimmer pack sits above the Kitchen ceiling and Its probably that I
can hear not the tranformers. I've just fitted 4 x Mouse transformers
and lights in my daughters bedroom, and I get no buzzing in there at all

Pretty sure the transformers on the board I did were IBL branded....
(Its in the house so can't double check just now) as far as I can tell
the only buzzing is coming from the dimmer pack, not the transformers or
the lamps.
