Thanks for the reply ! Very informative, but I have one more question with
regards to this bit :

So, you can't use the PIR's as occupancy sensors ? You see, I would like to
have Homeseer to be able to see if an individual PIR is triggered with or
without the alarm set. So, for example, if the alarm is not set, but
someone
walks in front of one of the PIR's, I can see that one has triggered on the
Homeseer web page.

Don't suppose you know of an online manual for it ? perhaps covering the
programming ?
