For the ones interested in the subject, I develop now a Windows based IAX
phone which  can be used as a standard software IAX phone or with a
hardware
device (Internet Phone Wizard) produced by Actiontec.
You will be able to use the full functionality of a standard analog phone
(corded or cordless) with Asterisk through this device (dial, on/off hook,
flash, DTMF, ring, dialtone).
It will be posted on my site when it will be ready..
