Have the users got the log on locally right on the machine running OWA,
they need this in order for it to work.

I've been struggling for ages with a OWA problem - originally E2K now
upgraded to E2K3 - I created a new user acc which I can log into OK through
IE6. I moved my mailbox over to it and then sometime later I can't log in
at all to the account. Get the std IE connect to box for user/pass - use
domain\username and password but no luck. Administrator logs on OK though.
Weird.

Any thoughts?

Paul.
