"It is our expectation that those who use our service with unlicensed

The irony of this is that when MSN Messenger first launched, there was a
tit-for-tit game with AOL where MSN Messenger was able to message AOL
users. And AOL wheeled out the "unlicensed or unauthorized" line.
Now
it's Microsoft.
