C-bus CIRCA Software

Hi

Anyone on list a dabhand or familiar with the C-bus CIRCA (IR
Commissioning) software? If so could they mail me off list, I seem to be
having some connection issues to the IR transmitters over the c-bus
network as the option to connect is greyed out in the software even
though they are correctly detected on the network.
Probably missing something obvious but I cant see it.
