The simple answer is that there is no real work around. This is my=20
(and probably many others) biggest complaint about x10 in the UK. I=20
don't mind about the price difference so much, but I fail to see why=20
we can't have the same feature set as in the US >:(

There are the more expensive micro modules that do respond to status=20
requests, but other than that there is no way to be sure in an=20
environment where local control is permitted.
